Got a question? Here are the most common questions, complete with answers! If this doesn't answer your question, feel free to mail me. And if you want to compliment the site, please mail me!

First, let's get something straight. My page is kind of like a hotlist, except it integrates the form into the referring page. I don't provide the data. Filling in the form at my site is essentially the same as filling out the form at the directories' sites. Get the idea? Good. Now, on to the questions.

I can't find any of the more recent information.
The phone books are usually one to two years old.
Do you have international phone numbers?
No, but there is a listing of all available international phone books at Telephone Directories on the Web. If it's not there, it doesn't exist. By the way, Canada does count as international. The directories are quite US-centric.
Can you find my girlfriend/boyfriend/relative? They were born in 1965 and their middle name is Keith.
No. If you can't find it, I probably can't either.
Do you have other types of books (government, fax)?
No. Maybe I will in the future, though.
I want my listing added. -or- I want my listing removed.
Use this to add or remove the information. When you email these people, make sure to include all your information, including your name, street address, city, state, country, phone number and zip code.

Can I get several thousand entries at a time?
No. But, if you're willing to fork over some cash, you can buy a CD-ROM that will let you. They run around US$50. PC411 also offers software to let you download 1000 entries at a time for $29.95 a year.
I got a bunch of Javascript errors. -or- My browser crashed when I loaded the page.
Download the Internet Explorer 3/4 or Netscape 3/4. If you still have problems, turn off Javascript. The automatic copying won't work, but you'll have something.
